Equipment for producing of diesel bio-fuel from vegetable oils 

The main advantages are:

The separator tank (demulsificator) 

The separator tanks for manufacturing of bio-fuel are produced in modification 1 0/3.3-2.9-1. These tanks are destined for continuous separation of methyl ether and glycerin phases in process trans-etherification; separation of methyl ether phases and flush water in process of deacidification and washing-out water of methyl ether and separation of hydrated neutralize oil and washing-out water phases in process of purging purified oil before the transetherification. The tank is vertical with internal set of stages with total surface area 45 m2. The superficial tube heater for temperature conditions maintaining and warming of resolving mixture under start of machine. Handling of output separate heavyweight dispersed phase is realized from automated operation with the help of dedicated point detectors of conductivity, and with using of mathematical algorithm of signal processing from sensors and outward pilot-operated valves. The separator tanks combining with inexpensive centrifugal separators SC-1.5 of Russian manufacturing can substitute expensive separators-demulsificators of Alfa Laval and Westfalia Separator. With similar output characteristics of separation efficiency of phases the price of equipment set proposed of our company is in 7-10 times less than foreign analogues.

Device with the mixer 

The devices with the mixer are made in several modification and they vary in capacity of liquid. There are devices with nominee capacity of filling of 0.1, 0.3, 0.6, 1.0, 1.6 и 2.2 м3.
The designed devices are manufactured in accordance with technical requirements GOST 20680-2002 “Devices with mechanical mixer” for working with combustible environment, explosive and toxic environments. Devices are equipped with anchor slow-speed mixers. Driving of mixer are equipped with double end seal with lock liquid  (water), electrical equipment are manufactured in accordance with GOST 12.2.02 for explosive zones. Setting electrical power of driving is 1.5-2.2 kW. Operating regime of devices is periodic with multiple switches and switching-off.

Next modifications of devices are applied in equipment for producing of diesel bio-fuel:

APU 1.4/1.0-2.2-М2 is modification of device with minimal total height and with low telescoping support of mixer, minimal load capacity of liquid 1.0 m3. The device equipped with anchor mixer with screws and special low discharge for prevention of blockage with setting grains of hard material. Aeration silo for loading of grains of hard material (potassium hydroxide) is resting on the top of device. This prevents contact of operating staff with liquid vapour (methanol vapour) in load. It is used for manufacturing of tincture potassium methylate in methanol. 

APU 1.4/1.0-2.2-М2 is modification of device with minimal total height and with low telescoping support of mixer, minimal load capacity of liquid 1.6 m3. The device equipped with anchor mixer with screws and special low discharge for prevention of blockage with setting grains of hard material. It is used in process of separation of glycerine phase with educing of neutralized catalyst (crystal of hydrophosphate potassium) and mix of crude glycerin and methanol.
