DIESEL BIO-FUEL

Limited society "Tehnosoyuz" offers technological equipment for the production of bio-fuel diesel from vegetable oils (receiving fatty acid methyl esters) Performance 5000 (10000) tons per year on manufactured product, which comes as the ready-core version, and in the form of individual development of customer challenge. The available equipment is made universal plant engineering, the members of the LLC "Tehnosoyuz" (Ukraine, Donetsk), and implements advanced technology for obtaining and purification of the core product - biodiesel, as well as technology for integrated treatment of waste production, developed with the scientific and productive private unitary enterprise "Tehnohimprotsess" (Belarus).
         Production of diesel biofuel processing is carried out by continuously pressing without wax raw vegetable oils (rapeseed, bittercress oil, palm), as well as used cooking oils (sunflower, rapeseed, palm, soya), and methods of eitherification trans-etherification methanol in the presence of acid and alkaline catalyst in obtaining Methyl esters of fatty acids, such as biofuel for diesel EN 14214:2003, as well as by-products of industrial wastes - phosphatide emulsion on technical conditions of manufacturer or rapeseed phosphatide concentrate on Standard of Ukraine 4526-2006, raw natural glycerine Standard of Ukraine 6823 or glycerol distilled Standard of Ukraine 6824, as well as integrated liquid mineral-organic fertilizers on technical conditions of producer.
The most significant difference from existing analogues is:
1. The equipment in the core is a configurable option on the final product performance (methyl either) from 5000 to 10000 tones per year (15-30 tons per day), with a continuous-time work 335 days a year and 24 hours a day. Building block-modular production. The blocks, as completed the stage of the process consists of a compact modules shipped fully assembled and tested at the manufacturing equipment. Dimensions modules implemented acceptable for transportation and can be amended by agreement with the customer. Build-up of production units can be expanded up to 20000 - 100000 tons a year on manufactured product;
         2. The developed technologies to use oil as a raw material, different both quality and composition with an eye towards the "worst thing" as raw material;
          3. The developed technologies to allocate phase phosphatide and free fatty acids, as demanded by-products in the preparation of oil to transetherification hold pre-etherification free fatty acids returning from methyl esters in the production cycle, perform the downstream glycerin phase and industrial wastewater in obtaining merchandise and liquid glycerol integrated mineral-organic fertilizer, enough to carry out a full recovery of excess methanol from the reaction processes that determine submitted production of waste and cleaner. The customer always has the opportunity to expand production through integrated treatment of waste buying of respective blocks;
          4. Equipment for the production of plants equipped with modern automatic process control SCADA RSView, equipped with computer terminals and operator implements the functions start automatically stops automatically in the emergency stop mode;
          5. Installation of a universal system has its revolving liquid-cooled anti-based air coolers in conjunction with low temperature-cooled using compressors, condenser refrigeration unit, which saves the customer from the construction of costly cooling system reserved;
          6. Installation consists of the water treatment system, allowing to obtain the necessary number of Demineralized water from the water potable for application in the main production processes;
          7. Installation consists of a system of bright-exhaust ventilation system with a total production of automatic emergency protection in the form of "wet cleaning" of the possible short-term emissions of methanol vapour in the atmosphere. Table 1 provides equipment and indicative prices for basic equipment installation. The price includes the cost of contract manufactured and tested at the manufacturing equipment (production units-modules) attached to the legal and technical documentation (Technology regulations, a passport for manufactured equipment and acts tests, mock-ups or existing technical conditions of product), shipping costs delivering equipment customer, the value of head-installation and start-up operations in the production of the customer.
